A longtime Portland resident, Todd's knowledge of the city's culture and understanding of lifestyle and design trends have enabled him to address the needs of the sophisticated urban buyer. He has been involved in several notable Pearl District projects, including Pearl Townhomes, Pearl Lofts, and Hoyt Commons.
He has successfully closed more than $450 million in sales. For the past five years, Todd's focus has been on marketing and sales of urban green-certified development projects. The Henry, located in the Brewery Blocks, was his first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)-certified condominium project. Through Realty Trust City, he represents a majority of the green-certified developments in the Portland area, including The Meriwether, John Ross and Atwater Place in South Waterfront; The Beverly in the Hollywood District; The Civic on Burnside; The Casey in the Pearl District; Cyan in downtown as well as Bellevue Towers in Bellevue, Washington. Todd Prendergast supports several non-profit organizations, including Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI), Habitat for Humanity, and serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Portland.
